Why is the Congress feed showing trades from weeks ago?

The STOCK Act gives politicians up to 45 days to disclose a trade. The data IS up to date — we sync from Quiver multiple times per day. The "trade date" can be weeks before the "disclosed date" because of the legal disclosure delay, not a sync lag.

A specific ticker isn't in the scanner.

We score the most-liquid 112 names by daily $-volume + every major sector ETF. Sub-$1 stocks and OTC names are filtered out — a "score" on a name you can't get in or out of cleanly is fiction. The watchlist tracks any ticker; the scanner only scores what's liquid enough to act on. Universe expansion to ~500 names is on the post-launch roadmap (/roadmap).
