How are the stocks scored?

Every stock runs through the same six named factors for a 0–100 composite score. The methodology is published on how it works— every factor named, and which ones carry the most weight. The score is a descriptive snapshot of those six factors, not a buy signal or a forecast.

How often does the list update?

The list of covered tickers rebuilds about hourly as the universe changes. Individual scores usually change about once a day, because most of their inputs are daily readings, and prices are delayed about 15 minutes. Each ticker’s page is itself a cached snapshot that can be an hour old or more.
